Refund Policy

ANU PDFLAB currently provides free online PDF, image and office tools on https://pdflab.in/. This page explains our refund approach for free and future paid services.

Free tools

Because the basic tools are free to use, no payment is collected for normal browser-based tool use and therefore no refund is applicable for free tools.

Future paid products

If ANU PDFLAB later offers paid downloads, premium tools, templates or digital products, refund terms will be shown clearly on the checkout or product page. Digital products may have limited refund eligibility once accessed or downloaded.

Wrong payment or duplicate payment

If a payment feature is added and you believe a duplicate or incorrect payment happened, contact us at support842@gmail.com with transaction details. Do not share full card numbers, OTPs or passwords.

Tool output

File processing results depend on source file quality, browser support and selected settings. A file not matching a particular portal requirement does not automatically create refund eligibility unless a paid service specifically promised that output.
